- Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for party cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled party date.
- Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued for party cancellations made between 4 to 6 days before the scheduled party date.
- No Refund: No refund will be issued for party cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled party date.
2. Rescheduling:
- Parties can be rescheduled without any additional charge if the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled party date, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made between 4 to 6 days before the scheduled party date will incur a rescheduling fee of $XX.XX.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the scheduled party date will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
3. Inclement Weather:
- In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule the party at no additional charge, subject to availability.
